- Can I receive a refund if I cancel my reservation?
-If the customer cancels their reservation 48 hours in advance, they will receive a refund.
- How long will the Vehicle wait for me?
-Before leaving, the vehicle will wait for 60 minutes.
- What happens to lost property?
-The food will be thrown away right away. If the lost property is not collected within one month, it will be disposed of.
- When should I make reservations?
-As soon as you have information about your flight, make your reservation.
- Can bicycles, surfboards, and pets be brought on board?
-Any luggage that is generally ineligible to be loaded into a Macarthur Transfers vehicle may be refused. Any excess or oversized luggage, as well as surfboards, will incur an additional fee.
